Lower Saxony is called Lower Saxony because it is located in the northern part of Germany and historically was part of the region known as Saxony. The name "Lower" distinguishes it from the neighboring region of Upper Saxony, which is located further south. The small bump on the lower inner lip is most likely a mucocele, which is a harmless cyst filled with fluid. Mucoceles can form when a salivary gland duct is damaged or blocked, causing saliva to accumulate and create a bump. They are usually painless but can be bothersome if they are accidentally bitten. In most cases, mucoceles will resolve on their own, but if they persist or become painful, it is recommended to see a healthcare professional for evaluation and possible treatment. **

Styes can be painful and cause redness and swelling, but they typically resolve on their own within a few days to a week. It is important to avoid squeezing or popping the stye, as this can lead to further infection. If the stye does not improve or becomes more painful, it is recommended to see a healthcare professional for further evaluation and treatment. **
